We specialise in hiring high quality poster display boards for conferences and exhibitions. Our Exhibition Panels are perfect for all types of events from small meetings to large conferences.
All our Poster Boards are Double-Sided. Being able to use both sides of our boards maximizes your display options and reduces costs. The boards can form a wide variety of layouts. Their simple construction means set-up is quick and easy reducing hall hire times.
The Poster Boards can be used for displaying academic abstracts, photography and artwork.
Hire periods are flexible and installation is usually included in the price with no hidden extras.
We hold a large stock of exhibition boards allowing us to supply international conferences and events.
However, we are also happy to supply small events including those organised by Universities, Charities, Colleges and Schools.

About our Display Boards
The design of our boards makes them ideal for open days, exhibitions, conferences, screening off areas, dividing up spaces, and forming interview rooms and exam bays. Our standard board has a neutral dark grey polyweave finish. Organisers can hire by the day, week or by event. Delivery and collection times can be arranged to meet your requirements.
Our standard board is two metres high by one metre wide. This allows for a standard academic AO poster (AO Portrait poster 1189mm high x 841mm wide) will fit perfectly on the boards with plenty of space surrounding to allow for poster numbers, and headers.
The boards are double sided panels, which are velcro friendly which means you can mount posters without damaging them and makes repositioning of the posters easy.
All our boards are a neutral colour so not to detract from the display.
